Academic Integrity is a core value of Nova Southeastern University and the tennis team. This was proven this past season when the Sharks were awarded the Team Academic Award by the ITA.
The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team GPA of 3.20 or above.
The Sharks have become a staple on the ITA list of top academic programs and routinely have student-athletes honored as scholar athletes. Last year's ITA Scholar Athletes were Kamryn Blackwood, Emily Hart, Linda Kornienko, Austin Lavallii and Carlee Rizzolo. The Sharks are expected to have another stellar academic year in 2013-14. Four of the five Scholar Athletes are returning this season. |
